CURRENT ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

- MADE TO ORDER nail orders: 1-2 weeks (business days only)
- Everything else: 2-4 business days
ETA FOR SHIPPED ORDERS:
- United States: 2-5 days
- Everywhere else: 2-15

Your order will be sent in a nail organizer or plastic case to keep your Klawz organized until their next wear, along with an application/removal kit with instructions, a custom made thank you card & CITYKLAWZ airbrushed stickers💕
All application/removal kits include:

HOW DO I FIND MY PERFECT SIZE?
The CITYKLAWZ $IZING KIT is the best option to find your exact fit, but you can also check out our SIZE CHART for a quick & easy alternative!
WHAT IF I DON'T FIT ANY OF THE SIZES AVAILABLE?
Once you've found your exact measurements using either our $IZING KIT or $IZE CHART, just enter in your measurements in the notes at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL MY CITYKLAWZ PRE$$ ON$ LAST?
- USING GLUE: 1-3 weeks (with proper application)
- USING ADHESIVE TABS: 1-2 days (with proper application)
*Please note that your application method, lifestyle & how you use your hands daily will ultimately affect wear time
CAN I REUSE MY CITYKLAWZ PRE$$ ON NAIL$?
Yes! CITYKLAWZ PRE$$ ON$ can be reused with proper care & removal. General wear and tear is expected.

All sales are considered final as we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.
MY ORDER ISNT RIGHT. WHAT NEXT?
So sorry for the inconvenience! CITYKLAWZ tries hard to avoid mistakes like this.
If you have received the wrong order, please do not apply/use the incorrect items.
Contact me at CITYKLAWZ@GMAIL.COM & attach a photo of the items you received along with your product receipt that's included in your mailer. I will get back to you ASAP to fix the issue!
Any used items can not be replaced for sanitary purposes.
ORDER$
WHAT IS THE GENERAL ORDER PROCESS?
Once you place your order with CITYKLAWZ, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This email includes your order number, NOT your tracking number. You won't receive a tracking number until your order has shipped.
All orders placed with Standard shipping are completed in the order they are received.
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
CU$TOM ORDERS
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Custom order inquires must be placed via email (cityklawz@gmail.com) or by DMing me through Instagram (@cityklawz)
A $35 deposit fee is required beforehand and will be subtracted from the total cost.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE ITS PLACED?
Shipping info changes are accepted within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Just contact me at CITYKLAWZ@GMAIL.COM with your current address.
If your order is sent back to me due to an invalid address, you will be asked to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
NAIL ORDERS - 2-5 days once shipped
EVERYTHING ELSE - 2-5 days once shipped
*Please note that this is a general guide, and not a guarantee as many factors can affect the shipping duration.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes! CITYKLAWZ products are available to anyone, anywhere💕
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
$TANDARD & EXPEDITED shipping is available.
If you select 'Standard' shipping, your order will be processed in order of which it's been placed.
'Expedited' shipping is recommended for customers who want to rush their order.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking on your tracking number.
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, your order is still being processed. Be sure to check your spam & junk inbox just incase you missed us!
